iPhone 4 Reception; better than any before or worthy of a lawsuit?

This post is just my use of the iPhone 4 issue to point out the absurdity I see nearly every day anymore.
FedEx shows me why one should never trust them (or actually any delivery service for that matter, see my UPS rant elsewhere!) to deliver your package on time … or even at all!
